Chai Point started as one stove and four plastic chairs outside a shop on Bank Road. Today we serve about four hundred cups a day, and most of our customers still know us by name.
We buy our tea leaves from the same wholesaler in Raja Bazaar, and our milk arrives fresh every morning. No powder, no shortcuts.
